Innovation is a new way of doing something or "new stuff that is made useful". It may refer to incremental and emergent or radical and revolutionary changes in thinking, products, processes, or organizations.

In our company something new must be substantially different to be innovative. And last but not least must increase value, customer value, or producer value. The goal of innovation is positive change, to make someone or something better.

Innovation leads to giving more and more to all of our stakeholders, starting from : suppliers, employees, management, distributors and of course our end customers.

Our R&D are always trying to develop new ways, new procedures, new products in order to deliver the above objectives. Continuous innovation is their motto.
