Making The Trend 2011
Glimpse of Next Year's Trend from MAKARIZO
What is a trend to you? Is it something that world well-known designers create? Something that offered by the world's fashion hubs like Paris, Milan, London, or Tokyo? Something you see in fashion magazines? Or is it the things that you wear to express yourself and show your true character? MAKARIZO describes trend as something that formed from collective agreements, inspired by many things such as the media, hairdressers' services at salons, cosmetic industries or even customers' insights. And if all people agree in making such work that is liked by many, then it will become the trend itself, said Shierly Nangoy, Group General Manager of MAKARIZO at The Making The Trend 2011 Seminar in APIIC Academy PJ State Malaysia last Tuesday, 23rd of November 2011.
An Italian international hairdresser, Gianluca Montebello, performed in this seminar and shared about the latest upcoming trend in hair coloring and cutting for 2011. Gianluca, a master from London in hair coloring and a well known figure in hairdressing in this seminar showed 5 of his hair portfolio, mostly in brown and red colors such as mahogany with a touch of violet. For cutting, Gianluca, who works for "Uno Stile Perfetto" as International Coordinator and travels to many countries such as England, French, USA, Canada, and Malaysia to organize fairly prestigious seminars and shows, said that in international trend for 2011 we will still see asymmetrical and edgy cutting with a blunt bang, also sleek straight or even wavy hair which still embrace softness of women and
make everyone who wears it look instantly fashionable.

Following the trend doesn't mean that you have to ignore your own personality. MAKARIZO choose to provide the kind of trend that will be suitable for everyone. Let's say that you are a very extrovert person who loved to live your life to the max and like to be the center of attention, then red will be a very suitable color for your hair because it gives a cheerful yet sexy look. But if you are more to a simple but chic woman who tend to avoid the spotlight, then brown or blue black will make you look elegant. Or, as an option, you can try brown hair with a touch of copper or red highlight to give a little bit of sparks on your total hair looks. Then for cutting and styling, you still can go bob with a variety of details, such as layers and asymmetrical cutting for a touch of edginess.
